This role will be a key member of a lean, fast-paced creative team, translating & producing complex NAD+ science into clear, compelling visuals for consumer and professional audiences.The Sr. Digital Designer will partner closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to turn briefs into polished, performance-ready assets across Amazon, paid social, display, and our owned properties, while helping evolve our digital brand systems as our portfolio grows.The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, sound creative judgment, curiosity, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple brands and formats in a dynamic environment.Core Expectations:Digital Design & eCommerce:Create high-quality digital assets across web, eCommerce, and paid media channels, including Amazon PDPs, A+ content, banners, and adsDevelop performance-minded creative for paid social, display, and acquisition campaignsAdapt and optimize creative assets across multiple formats and platforms efficientlyMaintain and evolve digital brand consistency across all consumer and professional touchpoints within the brand portfolio: Tru Niagen, Niagen Plus, etc.UI/UX & Web Support:Support light UI/UX work, including landing pages, wireframes, and basic user flowsDesign responsive web and landing page experiences in partnership with the broader marketing and development teamsContribute to the evolution and maintenance of digital design systems, templates, and standards across the brand portfolioCampaign & Concept Development:Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to translate briefs into clear, on-brand visual solutionsContribute to concept development for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiativesCollaborate with the Creative Director and broader creative team on integrated cross-functional campaignsMotion, Print & Additional Support:Occasionally support motion assets, including simple animations, GIFs, and short-form video editsSupport light print work such as packaging updates, inserts, or marketing collateral as neededContribute to creative brainstorming and help elevate the overall quality and effectiveness of the team's outputQualifications and Success Factors:5+ years of digital design experience, preferably in wellness, supplements, health tech, CPG, or DTC eCommerceStrong digital design foundation (layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy)Experience designing for eCommerce and performance marketing (Amazon is a plus)Working knowledge of UI/UX principles (wireframing, usability, responsive design)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaAbility to design within brand systems while also pushing creative forwardSolid understanding of platform requirements (Meta, Google, Amazon, email, web)Portfolio showcasing digital, eCommerce, and paid media work with measurable resultsPreferred Qualifications:Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar for simple animations)Light video editing (cutting, basic color correction, simple transitions)Photo retouching and compositing skillsUnderstanding of performance metrics and how creative impacts conversionAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in regulated or science-forward industries such as health, wellness, supplements, or pharmaCompetencies & Skills:Produces high-quality, on-brand digital creative across web, eCommerce, paid media, and marketplace channels with strong attention to detailBalances creative excellence with speed, responsiveness, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environmentUnderstands how digital creative supports customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and brand equityCollaborates effectively across creative, marketing, brand, product, and development teamsHelps maintain and evolve scalable digital brand systems across a growing multi-brand portfolioBrings flexibility and versatility across digital, light print, and occasional motion-based work$95,000 - $110,000 a yearWe are an equal opportunity employer that operates with an emphasis that People Matter(s).
