Primary Skills Demand Generation (advanced) Campaign Execution (advanced) Partner Marketing (advanced) Marketing Analytics (intermediate) Cross-functional Collaboration (advanced) Position Details Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension) Contract Type: W2 Only Location: Atlanta, GA / Frisco, TX / Mountain View, CA / San Diego, CA (#LI-Hybrid) Pay Rate: $80-85/hr on W2 basis JOB SUMMARY This role will drive growth for accounting software solutions by developing and executing demand generation strategies with key accounting firms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will leverage insights to craft targeted marketing approaches that resonate with the accounting professional and their clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with accounting firms to develop a joint go-to-market strategy to drive growth and sales of the Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online through accountants who serve small to medium-sized businesses, leveraging key channels including paid ads, web, direct mail, email, sales, webinars and events. Collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Partner teams to facilitate demand generation with target markets, messaging, positioning and content assets to help drive leads. Leverage appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative consumer research and A/B in-market testing, to roll out experiences and creative that deliver improved business outcomes. Track campaign impact and analyze program results to report on ROI. Develop deep understanding of customer/partner pain points and needs, translate insights to influence and identify opportunities to produce breakthrough marketing. Must-Have Skills BA/BS required, or equivalent work experience. Experience in SaaS companies and/or MBA a plus. 3-5 years developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive and nurture leads in the sales pipeline. Experience developing customer personas and understanding their buying preferences. Experience creating and executing marketing plans and managing external advertising agencies and internal partners. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to deliver strong results. Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to translate customer/partner insights and business strategies into great execution. Strong qualitative and quantitative research and testing experience. Demonstrated ability in applying creative problem solving and analytical skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and to make recommendations that drive great outcomes.
