Our team is growing, ready to hire a remote Recruiter living in Oregon or Washington. In this role, you will engage sales professionals across the United States and connect them with local and national clients.

This role starts as a half-desk recruiting position. You will focus on building candidate relationships, learning our recruiting process, and developing credibility as a career advisor. We have plenty of jobs to work on as you get started.

As you ramp, the role expands into full-desk recruiting. You will run searches, manage client relationships, and support the hiring process from first interview through offer.

The environment is structured, feedback-driven, and performance-oriented. You will be given ownership of your work and clear expectations for growth.

The qualifications:

• 1 + year(s) of sales or recruiting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy, comfortable working from home
• Adaptable and coachable
• Must live in Oregon or Washington, with reliable internet

The benefits:

• Year 1 on-target earnings of 55K to 90K ($50K starting salary + uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities)
• Year 2 on-target earnings of 90K to 130K+
