What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest standards from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill, package, and label products accurately according to production standards
• Operate, monitor, and adjust filling, sealing, and packaging equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance checks, and minor adjustments
• Record production and quality data accurately
• Load packaging materials and keep production lines running efficiently
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures at all times
• Assist with ingredient mixing and precise measurements as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Identify and report product or equipment issues to support continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or a related environment

Experience working on production lines or in packaging operations

Ability to operate filling, packaging, or production equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to measure accurately, including small quantities

Understanding of quality inspections and process checks

Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and GMP standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with filling machines, weigh stations, or sealing equipment

Experience in food, supplement, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing

Experience mixing ingredients or preparing production batches

Ability to maintain accurate production records and documentation

Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly encouraged)

Willingness to sign an NDA related to proprietary manufacturing processes

Shift

Sunday Thursday 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Training Schedule

Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (24 weeks of paid training)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
