Social Worker
Seeking a candidate for a non-profit agency serving adults with developmental disabilities. Will be responsible for Intakes, creating Individualized Program Plan to enhance skills for each individual, monitor staff documentation and progress notes as well as communication with family and support staff. Bachelor’s degree required. Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 3:30 pm.
Work schedule/hours can be negotiated upon interview if required.
