Position OverviewExpress Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Molding Operator openings in Lindstrom, MN . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on production work , steady routines , and a clean, safety‑focused manufacturing environment .
Pay & ScheduleHourly Pay: $16.48
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Molding Machine Operation — Operate molding equipment to produce plastic components according to production standards.
Part Trimming & Finishing — Remove excess material, trim flash, and ensure clean, finished edges.
Quality Inspection — Visually inspect molded parts for defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections.
Material Handling — Load raw materials, monitor material flow, and maintain proper machine feed levels.
Production Documentation — Record counts, note defects, and follow standard work instructions.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
Attention to Detail for quality checks
Ability to stand for an entire shift
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
Strong attendance and reliability
