Physical Therapist - Retirement Community - Laconia, NH

Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time , permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.
Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply
- Graduate Degree froman accreditedPhysical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Responsibilities
- Screening patients
- Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Overseeing Physical TherapistAssistant(s)
- Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy services
- Conducting patient and family education
- Delivering quality physical therapy services
- Putting patient service first
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
