Job Details Job Title: Security Officer Company: IronRock Security Location: Tinton Falls, NJ Pay Rate: $18.50-21/hr Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Position Overview IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations at an industrial zone in Tinton Falls, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with First Responder Training, OSHA standards or Fire Safety. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fire code efforts, and maintain a safe environment for staff and clients. Overnights and weekend shifts full time and part time. Responsibilities Conduct regular mobile patrols of the property Write clear incident and daily activity reports Maintain vehicle with help of maintenance Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately Requirements Previous security experience required Fire safety experience required Ability to change a tire with assistance Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols) Strong communication and report-writing skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Industrial or emergency services experience preferred Firefighting or QA experience a plus Compensation & Benefits $18.50 - 21/hour Full-time and part-time opportunities available Medical insurance available to full-time employees working 30+ hours IronRock pays 50% of the employee-only medical premium Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment Dental & Vision insurance available (company contributes to employee rate) 401(k) available after 1 year of employment IronRock matches 10% of employee contributions Supportive team environment and advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr IronRock Security
