Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana Responsibilities Patient Assessment and Evaluation Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ functional abilities, pain levels, and physical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history and diagnostic results. Treatment Implementation Administer therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and other modalities. Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises for home‑based care. Patient Education and Support Provide guidance on injury prevention, posture correction, and pain management strategies. Communicate treatment goals, progress, and expectations clearly to patients and their families. Progress Monitoring and Documentation Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate records, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with physicians, PT assistants, and other healthcare professionals. Coordinate care plans to ensure a holistic and patient‑centered approach. Administrative Duties Participate in clinic meetings, contribute to case discussions, and provide input for practice improvement. Ensure all administrative paperwork (e.g., insurance claims, treatment reports) is completed accurately and on time. Professional Development Stay updated with current best practices and emerging techniques in physical therapy. Attend ongoing training sessions and pursue continuing education opportunities. Community Engagement and Marketing Support Participate in community outreach programs and health promotion initiatives. Support internal marketing efforts by building strong relationships with patients to encourage referrals and repeat visits.
