High-volume / fast-paced recruiting
Sourcing experience
Onsite STL, Mon-Fri, 8-5 or 9-6

The full scope (what they'll actually do):

Design/execute recruitment strategies with senior leadership + HR
Full-cycle: screen, interview, evaluate (experienced pros through new grads)
Alternative channels - online platforms, professional orgs, technical programs, universities
Compliance (federal/state/local hiring laws, records, disposition)
Recruitment budget recommendations (job fairs, campus, tools, vendor fees)
Write/post job ads, respond to agency inquiries
Train hiring managers on ATS + compliance
