Recruiter - OFCCP Compliance

Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying the customer’s needs. Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provides professional support to managers. Able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies. Experience and Education Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required; 5 years preferred Bachelor’s degree is required Preference for candidates whose primary background is in recruiting rather than broader HR roles Full Life Cycle Recruiting & Sourcing Strong full life cycle recruiting experience. Demonstrated sourcing expertise. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing tools. Ability to understand, analyze, and discuss recruiting metrics, including: Offer extend rates Offer acceptance rates Candidate pass-through rates Compliance & Process Knowledge Understanding of OFCCP requirements . Experience managing candidates through recruiting workflows and resolving issues related to incorrect candidate status steps. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
