Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic equipment to facilitate recovery processes effectively. You will be part of a collaborative nursing and therapeutic team that includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, reinforcing a multifaceted approach to patient care. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and ensure optimal clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess each patient's condition to develop personalized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, assist with manual therapy techniques, and monitor their progress by tracking key metrics such as range of motion and strength gains.
• Educate patients on effective body mechanics, proper exercise techniques, and home exercise programs, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, to support patient recovery.
• Document patient interactions meticulously to maintain accurate records of treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment and materials are organized and in compliance with safety standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary communication to ensure cohesive care that maximizes the efficacy of treatment.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients to help them navigate the challenges of rehabilitation.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to practice guidelines at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Restore Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric, each with unique rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.

• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
