Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a passionate and skilled Orthopedic Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at our state-of-the-art facility in Nashville, Tennessee. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in partnering with patients on their rehabilitation journey to restore mobility and improve their quality of life. Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a professional, privately owned physical therapy practice specializing in orthopedic outpatient care. Our Nashville location boasts a modern 5,000 square foot sports medicine facility equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic tools. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, evidence-based care to our patients, with a focus on individualized treatment plans that cater to each individual's specific needs. Our team currently consists of two dedicated physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant.

Work Environment

This role is onsite at our comprehensive rehabilitation center located in the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee. Our center is designed to facilitate healing and recovery in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a small, passionate team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and establish achievable goals for their rehabilitation journey.
• Manage a manageable caseload, typically treating one patient per hour to provide focused, individualized care.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and implement diverse physical therapy techniques to help patients regain their range of motion and mobility.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols tailored to meet the unique requirements of each patient.
• Employ evidence-based interventions to minimize reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical solutions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and incorporate feedback into treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress closely, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adapt plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Document all aspects of patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Provide education and encouragement to patients, motivating them to embrace healthier lifestyles and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility predominantly serves individuals with private medical insurance, predominantly focusing on those recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries. Our diverse patient population ranges from athletes seeking sports rehabilitation to everyday individuals looking to regain functional mobility. We are committed to addressing the specific needs of each client, ensuring they receive personalized attention and care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid Tennessee license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Maintained an impeccable professional record, free from any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to develop effective exercise programs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Experience in implementing treatment protocols for a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Familiarity with working in a private practice environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
