About The Role The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales and market development to achieve profit objectives and market share goals for the residential and commercial roofing business, in conjunction with short- and long-range strategies established by the VP of Sales and the Sr Regional Sales Directors. What You’ll Accomplish Oversees and manages all activities and personnel in the region. Collaborates with senior executives to establish and execute a regional sales goal. Manages sales channels to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals. Forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals. Develop strategic plans to ensure growth in both long and short-term Provides support to the District Sales Manager in high-level, major account matters. Responsible for annual sales and profitability targets, including product mix, market share, distribution, and pricing decisions. Provide a monthly sales forecast to the VP of Sales. Analyze market, customer, and product mix to optimize effectiveness. Escalate and resolve pricing, product, and service issues internally. Plans and organizes promotional programs with team member execution. Manage the budget for the district, including individual team members Develop agenda and conduct regional sales meetings. Provide leadership that includes coaching, training, and development of team members. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree Field of Study Preferred: Sales, Marketing, or a related field Required Work Experience: Three years of business outside sales experience, preferably construction-related Travel Requirements: 75% Additional Requirements Strong knowledge and demonstrated success selling through distribution channels. Ability to prioritize and organize. Superior leadership, competitive spirit, and desire to win. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities are necessary. A proven track record consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, penetrating new markets, and developing new business Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees who are required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
