Electrical Project Manager

A well-established local electrical contractor is looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager to their team. The company has a strong backlog of local commercial and industrial projects and is looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from contract through completion.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to manage meaningful local projects with an established contractor rather than constantly traveling to different markets.

Responsibilities:

Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitability
Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
Coordinate with General Contractors, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to keep projects on schedule
Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Monitor project costs and financial performance
Attend project meetings and maintain customer relationships
Help resolve project issues and keep work moving forward
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements:

5+ years of electrical construction experience
Previous Electrical Project Manager experience
Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background
Strong understanding of electrical construction
Experience managing project budgets and schedules
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

What's Offered:

Competitive salary based on experience
Performance-based bonus opportunities
Comprehensive benefits package
401(k)
Paid time off and holidays
Strong backlog of local projects
Established local electrical contractor
Long-term career opportunity
Projects concentrated in the local market

If you're an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for a strong local contractor and consistent local work, we'd like to hear from you.
