Interior Design Project Manager

Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial interior construction projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, with a focus on drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and commercial flooring.The ideal candidate has experience coordinating field operations, managing project schedules and budgets, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and flooring projects from project award through final closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans to ensure successful project delivery.Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents to identify scope requirements and potential issues.Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project costs, labor, materials, procurement, and subcontractor performance to maintain profitability.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.Identify project risks and implement solutions to minimize delays, cost overruns, and scope conflicts.Support project closeout by ensuring punch lists, documentation, and final deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
