Compensation $20 - $27 hourly Responsibilities Provide nurturing and attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Develop a consistent daily routine that includes feeding, diaper changes, and nap times to support the infant's growth and development. Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that stimulate their cognitive and motor skills. Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on the infant's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all infant-related items are sanitized and in good condition. Adapt to the unique needs of each family, offering flexibility in scheduling and care routines. Collaborate with parents to implement any specific care instructions or preferences they may have for their child. Qualifications Must be 18 years old. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 2-3 years of childcare experience with infants and toddlers. Previous experience caring for infants and young children. Ability to pass a background screening. Dependable, professional, and positive attitude. CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
