Join Our Team as a Full-Time OB/GYN
We are excited to invite you to apply for a full-time OB/GYN position at our clinic located in Richland, Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates, as you will collaborate with a large, supportive team comprising 8 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers (APPs). Our facility includes an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, making it a vibrant environment for professional growth. Our busy OB/GYN group handles over 2,700 deliveries annually, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace.
Position Highlights- Full-time role with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Opportunity to establish your own patient panel
- Access to two Da Vinci surgical robots
- Generous sign-on bonus of $90,000 and $15,000 for relocation assistance
- New graduates are welcome to apply; experience is advantageous
- Eligible for J1 waiver and H1-B sponsorship, with expert immigration support available
- As a non-profit organization, we qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
- Annual compensation ranges from $375,745 to $487,670
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans
- Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available
