Registered Nurse Interventional Radiology

We Are Hiring Location: Evansville, IN Facility: Ascension Medical Center of Evansville Department: Imaging Support Services Schedule: Full Time | Day shift | with some call requirements What You Will Do Deliver expert procedural care by prepping and recovering patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures, ensuring their comfort, safety, and peace of mind throughout their journey. Coordinate multidisciplinary care as the primary liaison between physicians, nurses, and allied health teams to guarantee seamless, well-communicated, and holistic patient management. Evaluate and evolve care plans by continuously monitoring, recording, and communicating changes in patient conditions to ensure timely, life-saving clinical interventions. Champion seamless transitions by assessing and coordinating complex discharge planning needs early, ensuring patients and families are fully prepared for a safe return home. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
