Job Description
The Sales Associate role focuses on selling better-end men's clothing within a small team environment. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail store, delivering excellent customer service while maintaining product knowledge and store presentation. Basic training on product features is provided to support sales efforts, with all sales conducted in-store on an hourly wage basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Maintain and demonstrate thorough product knowledge
- Manage inventory to ensure stock availability and accuracy
- Create and maintain appealing visual merchandising displays
- Engage customers to understand their needs and promote suitable products
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Good product knowledge
- Effective communication skills
