We are headquartered in Minnesota, with branch offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.We are actively hiring for a Warehouse Worker to operate outdoor forklifts for the Q3C Commerce City warehouse. This position will be responsible for pulling and loading materials for crews each morning, helping with inventory and tracking materials, unloading incoming deliveries, maintaining yard maintenance, and completing all duties as assigned.Key Responsibilities:Operating telehandler forklift (Class 7 rough terrain variable reach)Assist with loading and/or unloading deliveriesIssuing (loading) and returning (unloading) outside material to and from crewsPerforming housekeeping activitiesTracking and maintain inventoryMaintenance and housekeeping of yard area and equipmentOther duties as assignedQualifications:High school graduatePrevious experience in a construction or building materials yardAbility to lift 50+ lbs.Forklift experienceExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work together as a team, and independentlyProficient in Microsoft OfficeOrganized and detail orientatedWilling and able to learn new products, concepts and techniquesCustomer service skillsPreferred SkillsBilingualQ3 Contracting is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.Compensation and Benefits:$33.79/hour, pay dependent on experience & union pay scale.Competitive compensation paid weeklyThis is a union position, which means additional benefits may be offered directly through the union.
