Job Overview

The IT Support Technician III performs a variety of technical support services related to the installation, operation, repair, and diagnosis of computer equipment and related services. Also provides technical support assistance to both IT Support technicians and end users as needed. Assists with projects and special requests as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• A combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science (preferred) and 3-6 years’ experience in computer support, troubleshooting, repair work, and system administration.

• Certified as an “A+ Certified Technician” preferred.

• ITIL Foundations certification strongly preferred

• Valid California driver’s License, automobile, and auto insurance for traveling to remote facilities.

• Epic Hyperspace knowledge preferred.
