Electrical Assembler

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an Electrical Assembler to support production operations by assembling, wiring, inspecting, and packaging electrical components and assemblies. This role requires hands?on experience with electrical installations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow drawings and work instructions in a structured manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions
• Client out diagrams for electrical installations according to wiring specifications
• Drill and tap holes for mounting control units and electrical components
• Install breakers, relays, contactors, bus bars, transformers, plugging devices, fuse blocks, and related components
• Cut, strip, bend, and mount wiring to connect electrical units
• Inspect and test completed electrical assemblies as required
• Package finished products by boxing or bagging as specified
• Apply labels and ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate
• Forward completed orders to the shipping department
• Communicate diagram or production order discrepancies to supervisors or engineers to resolve assembly issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of related electrical assembly experience
• Strong understanding of electrical assembly processes and wiring techniques
• Ability to read and follow electrical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to apply knowledge and skills across a wide range of tasks
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (employment Our client sponsorship is not available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with electrical testing and inspection procedures
