The Client Service Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting scheduling, communication, documentation, and administrative workflow. Key Responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls while delivering a professional and helpful client experience.
- Respond to client emails, questions, and service inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and support daily office workflow.
- Assist clients with basic troubleshooting and help resolve questions over the phone.
- Prepare proposals, correspondence, and business documents with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate client records and support administrative and operational projects.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Direct hire opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate client communication, scheduling, and administrative support for daily business operations.
- Support client service needs, including phone support, email response, and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare proposals, correspondence, records, and business documentation.
- Help maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional service.

- 3 to 5 years of administrative, customer service, office support, or coordination experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar.
- Ability to learn new systems, software, and technical information quickly.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and client information.
- Self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in helping others.
- Comfortable working in a smaller, family-oriented business environment.

Preferred Qualifications (this is not required, this is a plus) 

- Experience supporting a service-based business, security company, surveillance provider, or technical service environment.
- Prior experience preparing proposals, client correspondence, or service documentation.
- Interest in building a long-term career and taking on additional responsibilities over time.
- Ability to learn technical concepts while maintaining a calm, professional, and responsive client experience.
