What You'll Do Align workforce supply with demand across the country Lead forecast reviews and turn insights into action Identify capacity risks early-and solve them fast Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes Build and optimize workforce planning systems, tools, and processes Manage 3rd-party resource strategy to scale efficiently What You Bring 3-5+ years in workforce planning, operations, or program management Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities Exceptional collaboration and communication skills Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to challenge the status quo Bonus Points Experience in healthcare or medical devices Certifications (Six Sigma, PMP, Workforce Planning, Analytics) Why KARL STORZ?
