This role will be responsible for either the Inbound & Returns side of the operation and will collaborate with a counterpart on the Outbound Team.

Management Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train and lead a team of fulfillment personnel
• Manage all aspects of Comoto's LAS Inbound & Returnsfulfillment operation, ensuring inbound product is received and put away in a timely manner.
• Oversee the Inbound receiving and putaway process along with proactive storage planning and maintenance.
• Intimately understand the business rules, software and vendor relationships related to Comoto's fulfillment operation and proprietary fulfillment platform
• Day-to-day oversight of the fulfillment team; including hands-on training, coaching, planning, and performance reviews
• Work with the Planning Manager to develop a staffing plan and adjust accordingly to handle daily, weekly and seasonal peaks
• Manage seasonal fluctuations in inventory levels (types of inventory being stocked, and quantities) to ensure that warehouse storage is optimized
• Complete accountability for meeting and exceeding goals related to accuracy, on time performance and productivity
• Coordinate with peers to ensure a successful supply chain process
• Communicates necessary business information to department through weekly team meetings and 1:1s
