As a fourth-generation, family-owned HVAC company, we have built our success by providing dependable service to our customers and creating a workplace where employees are valued.We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to help coordinate daily operations between customers, technicians, and our service team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.What We Offer:Competitive pay: $24-$30 per hour based on experienceMedical insurance 100% company paid for employee and familyDental and vision options availablePaid vacationOngoing training and career advancement opportunitiesBreakfast team meetingsStable Monday-Friday scheduleSchedule:Monday -Friday7:30 AM-5:00 PMOccasional overtime as neededWhat You'll Be Responsible For:Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch HVAC technicians efficientlyCommunicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and arrival windowsPrioritize service calls and adjust schedules as needed throughout the dayManage follow-ups, return visits, and outstanding service needsMaintain accurate customer information and service recordsAssist with invoices, warranties, and service-related documentationProvide administrative support to the Service Manager and field teamWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or office administrationStrong communication skills and professional phone presenceAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using computers and learning new software systemsHigh school diploma or GEDPreferred Experience:Previous HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experienceExperience with ServiceTitan or similar field service softwareFamiliarity with technician scheduling or service coordinationAt Wright Heating & Cooling, you're not just filling a seat - you're joining a company with deep community roots and a team-first culture.
