Technical Support Analyst 3/IT Hardware Asset Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware Asset Analyst / Technical Support Analyst to support IT asset management operations, hardware inventory, asset lifecycle tracking, ITSM ticket management, software license tracking, and audit activities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, maintaining accurate inventory records, working with ITSM ticketing systems, and using Microsoft Excel for asset reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transfer of IT assets between business units and ensure timely completion of asset movements.

• Generate, distribute, and review weekly IT asset management reports .

• Monitor and manage the ITSM / IT Asset Management queue on a daily basis.

• Complete and update ITSM tickets within established service timelines.

• Maintain clear and accurate ticket notes to ensure proper documentation of asset and ticket history.

• Support asset IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and PC refresh activities.

• Perform periodic physical inventories and usage monitoring of IT assets.

• Record asset locations, status changes, support incidents, and inventory findings.

• Track hardware warranties, maintenance agreements, leases, vendor contracts, and contract expiration dates.
