Operations Support Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment on 2nd shift. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations by coordinating driver activity, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between transportation and warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities Check drivers in and out of the facility in a timely and professional manner Assign dock doors and coordinate loading/unloading schedules Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, supervisors, and drivers Track and record arrival/departure times and update spreadsheets Close inbound shipments and maintain accurate documentation Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or administrative support preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail Work Environment Warehouse/office setting with frequent interaction with drivers and operations staff Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and time management IND2
