Primary Care Physician / Medical Director Opportunity

Physician Care Centers (PCC Medical) is a physician-led, value-based primary care organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the Medicare population. With a high-performing region in Texas, the organization is experiencing rapid growth in the San Antonio market and is seeking a Primary Care Physician Medical Director, with additional physician openings anticipated.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who values quality over volume, enjoys mentoring APPs, and is interested in leadership and long-term growth within a stable, mission-driven organization.

Opportunity Highlights

• Focus on quality outcomes, chronic disease management, and comprehensive patient care
• Average of ~15 patients per day, intentionally designed to support high-quality, relationship-based care
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with built-in time for walk-ins and administrative catch-up
• Administrative burden is 10% or less with robust data, quality, and support
• Medical Director role with mentorship and growth opportunities as the Texas market continues to expand
