Our client is a well-established outpatient primary care clinic located in San Antonio, Texas , seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing team. This role focuses on providing exceptional care to patients ages 16 and up , in a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (no inpatient or hospital work)

• Patient Ages: 16+

• Average Patient Volume: 23–26 per day

• EMR: eClinicalWorks

• Patient Population: Privately insured patients

• Procedures: IUD insertions/removals, trigger point injections, wax removal, and other common in-office procedures

• Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• No weekends

• Base Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 (negotiable, commensurate with experience)

The ideal FNP is confident managing a fast-paced outpatient schedule, enjoys performing minor procedures, and values long-term relationships with patients. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
