Technical Support Specialist

Managing strategic bid opportunities, the full-time remote Technical Pursuit Specialist will serve as the primary technical interface for low and medium voltage switchgear projects, ensuring accurate proposal development and cross-functional coordination. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate RFQs exceeding $5M, collaborating with internal teams on bid strategies and opportunity tracking Review project specifications to determine equipment requirements and ensure compliance with local electrical codes Create and manage bid opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining communication with stakeholders and ensuring timely submissions Required qualifications 7+ years of technical experience in electrical systems and low/medium voltage switchgear 7+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or technical sales support Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards 3+ years of proficiency with Salesforce and internal quotation tools Legal authorization for employment in the United States without employer-sponsored work authorization
