Position Summary Lead UX Experience Researcher Role Overview: An expert experience leader with multi-facet role to drive customer centric mindset for creating products & solutions for various business units and develop capabilities and skills of the experience team: As a Lead Experience Researcher for Deloitte DT-US Product Engineering team, you will work with a creative group in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Work you'll do As a Manager, Experience Researcher on the DT-US Product Engineering team, you will be responsible for: Defining and leading research strategies for digital products, including mobile experiences, across the product development lifecycle.Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnography, concept evaluation, and behavioral analysis to generate actionable insights.Translating research findings into personas, recommendations, dashboards, and success metrics that inform product strategy, design decisions, and roadmap priorities.Partnering with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize research topics, facilitate workshops, and connect teams to user needs.Leading research workstreams across multiple products, mentoring team members, and helping strengthen research practices across the experience community. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $232,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
