EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience as a Code Enforcement Officer or two years of experience performing inspections, investigations, abatements, land use, zoning, building, public safety, related code enforcement or administration of justice work. The completion of up to one year of college (30 semester units) in a related field from an accredited college or university may substitute for up to one year of experience.EASTVALE'S PURPOSE & VALUES

The Code Enforcement division is focused on enhancing public safety, quality of life, and positive relationships within the community. Our efforts are geared toward making Eastvale a wonderful place to live, work, play, connect, and prosper. The Code Enforcement Officer will serve as an ambassador and champion for the city and will be integral to reaching this goal through education and awareness, while taking enforcement action only when compliance is not achieved.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Adding value to the Code Enforcement Division by working collaboratively with City residents and businesses to ensure compliance with city ordinances and codes are met.
