As VP of Operations Workforce Enablement, you will build and scale the infrastructure needed to support rapid organizational growth and shifting business priorities, ensuring scalable, compliant, and reliable pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities Operations Strategy & Special Projects Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies, lead high-impact growth initiatives, and ensure readiness for new market entries and product launches. Policy & Process Governance Centralize and modernize operational policies, create and maintain robust SOPs, and standardize processes across all legacy businesses. Process Improvement & Quality Lead continuous improvement efforts, apply process re-engineering methodologies, and partner with Quality and Compliance teams to mitigate operational risks. Implementations & Training Design and deploy training programs, manage end-to-end implementation for new operational capabilities and tech integrations, and build leadership bench strength. Capabilities & Workforce Alignment Connect clinical, pharmacy, and product teams, collaborate with Workforce Planning, and ensure staffing models reflect real-time capacity needs. Qualifications & Skills Leadership 10+ years leading and harmonizing complex operations teams in high-growth or rapidly changing, matrix environments. Change Management Exceptional ability to navigate cultural alignment risks and lead through organizational transformations. Operational Excellence Deep expertise in process engineering, quality management systems, and operational scaling. Strategic Communication Capability to define decision rights and roles, encouraging fast, effective action across the organization. Education Advanced degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; Pharmacy Services or Healthcare background a plus. Physical Requirements The role requires extended computer use, occasional in-person meetings, stooping, bending, and reaching for equipment, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Effective verbal and visual communication skills are essential. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $240,000 - $300,000 (Commission Eligible: No). Travel: Required up to 25% of the time.
