Director, Rx Clinical Operations - FuzeRx

The Director, Central Operations reports to the VP, Call and Clinical Operations to support our Central Operations department. In this role, you will manage a team of patient operations managers and work cross‑functionally with leaders across FuzeRx to translate our technology infrastructure into measurable operational performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the performance and growth of Patient Operations care teams, including customer service, prescription processing, and client‑specific teams. Lead operational excellence across central fill pharmacy networks and courier delivery operations. Use KPIs to drive business success, increase efficiency and lower cost‑to‑fill on an annual basis. Manage quality, turnaround time (TAT) and customer satisfaction metrics to maintain FuzeRx as the preferred infrastructure partner. Establish reporting and capability requirements and deliver data‑driven insights through cross‑functional collaboration. Analyze data to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation across multiple roles. Lead a high‑performing team of managers, supervisors and team members, fostering positive employee engagement and experience. Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in pharmacy services, digital health or health‑tech sectors. Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑product patient operations teams within a highly regulated, compliance‑intensive environment. Strong ability to implement new programs, procedures and business transformations that drive revenue growth. Experience managing omni‑channel support (email, text, etc.) and familiarity with CRM and EMR systems (TPOS a plus). Excellent organizational planning skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving market. Strong communication skills, able to convey complex operational data to diverse audiences, including executives. Preferred Experience building or scaling digital pharmacy or specialty pharmacy infrastructure platforms. Physical Requirements Ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods, periodically stand, stoop, bend, reach, and lift objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $153,000 – $192,000. Commission Eligible: No. Travel Required up to 25% of the time.
