Human Resources GeneralistUS Citizenship Required Job is ON SITE (not looking for remote workers) Required: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development OR 4 years of HR generalist or recruiting experience (without any degree). Good knowledge of federal and state employment laws which includes AAP and EEO requirements and regulations Other.Good analytical ability and conflict resolution skills for handling of complex problems and tasks.Strong ability in handling confidential matters with discretion.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.Good oral, written and presentation communication skills.Good ability to work independently and with little direction from management.Good organizational, planning and follow up skills.Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite.Responsibilities:Coordinate the recruitment process with the relevant stakeholders and track recruitment status.Recruit, interview, select and onboard applicants.Coordinate local candidate attraction measures such as special postings or career fairs.Serve as advisor to management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering HR programs, policies and procedures, and helping resolve work-related problems.Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate HR programs, policies and procedures.Create, process, verify, and maintain personnel related data and documentation, including staffing, recruitment, time and attendance, discipline, performance and compensation.Advise managers and employees on matters of HR related compliance.Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws by completing reporting requirements, auditing HR documentation, and following established procedures.
