Position Overview
A CDL is preferred but not required. Compensation & Schedule- Competitive pay based on experience
- Bonus program available
- Certifications are a plus
- Excellent company-sponsored benefits package
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualified candidates should have 2–4 years of proven experience working with:
- Late-model Freightliner trucks
- Heavy-duty truck and trailer repair
- Help reduce repair costs by minimizing outsourced workdirect daily shop management and workflow coordination
- Lead by example while maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Experience with the following systems and repairs:
- Brake systems
- Suspension systems
- Transmissions
- Clutches
- Reefer units
- Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Hydraulics and PTO systems
- Heavy truck diagnostics and repair
- Welding and fabrication
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
