Resident Concierge & Community Experience Lead
Optima, Inc.
Optima seeks a Resident Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects at our Scottsdale community. You will support leasing, events, and retention efforts while learning our market and technology tools. This role requires energy, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate move-ins, marketing outreach, and daily operations.
