Manufacturing Engineer

Lead Manufacturing Engineer Drive process optimization, root cause troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead NPI line layouts, supplier evaluations, and CapEx equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) while mentoring junior engineers. Requirements:

• Proven success leading process optimization & Lean/CIP initiatives
• strong CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) & SAP skills
• Expertise in root cause analysis & tooling design review

Responsibilities

The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the following:

•Lead development and optimization of new and existing production processes to improve efficiency, capacity, and cost.

•Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and quality issues.

•Develop and implement process flows, layouts, and line strategies for new or transferred production lines.

•Play a lead technical role in supplier evaluation including capability assessment, tolerances, and tooling design review.

•Lead Continuous Improvement (CIP) and Lean initiatives with measurable business impact.

•Coordinate and drive updates to process documentation and standardization efforts.

•Lead capital equipment selection, implementation, and validation activities.

•Provide technical guidance to entry – level engineers and cross-functional teams.

•Use required software tools including SAP, CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar), and Microsoft Office applications.

•Perform all other duties as assigned.
