Center Director in Training

Overview Job Location: Buffalo Grove, IL. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: Completed Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $55,100.00. Up to 25% travel. About C2 Education: At C2 Education, we support students to reach their academic goals through College Test Prep, AP Exam preparation, College Essay assistance, College Admissions guidance, tutoring for K-12, and AP/Summer Boot Camps. The role is to prepare for the position of Center Director by learning all aspects of center operations, management, and educational leadership within a C2 Education learning center; this includes sales, marketing, student and family relations, teacher management, and curriculum implementation to ensure center success and meet business objectives. Responsibilities Shadow and train with experienced Center Directors to learn center operations, sales processes, marketing strategies, and financial management. Learn and implement C2 Education's curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student assessment procedures. Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, teachers, and staff. Participate in sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, community outreach, and enrollment consultations. Assist with center staff management, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback. Learn and adhere to C2 Education's policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive learning environment. Contribute to center success by achieving student performance goals and meeting business targets. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills in education and management. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective families and community partners. Manage student schedules and track progress, providing regular updates to parents. Assist with administrative tasks, including record keeping, data entry, and inventory management. Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community. Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. Take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. Demonstrate commitment to C2 Education's mission and values. Schedule Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students, typically Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Each location may vary.
