Sr. Logistics Specialist - White Glove

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Logistics Specialist to manage complex supply chain projects, optimize inventory, and analyze performance data. The role involves collaborating across departments to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements within their supply chain network.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex supply chain projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Optimize inventory levels and analyze supply chain performance metrics
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational effectiveness
- Lead process improvement initiatives using established methodologies
- Support demand planning and supply chain analytics activities
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 3 years supply chain experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years
- Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and advanced planning tools
- Advanced proficiency with data analytics tools including Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience with demand planning and inventory optimization
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical or medical device preferred
