Insurance Service Representative This role combines new business development with customer service responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients, and contributing to agency growth. You'll assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and service requests while also identifying opportunities to recommend additional coverage and generate new business. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to develop expertise in specialized areas of insurance, including commercial insurance, while building valuable industry experience and expanding your career opportunities.
