Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex financial models (both operating and valuation). Perform financial analyses including valuations and merger consequences. Conduct comprehensive company and industry research. Prepare presentations and other materials for clients. Prepare key marketing materials for sell‑side processes. Participate in due diligence sessions. Communicate and interact with deal team members, including those in international regions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across industry and product groups as both an individual and part of a team. Play a key role supporting origination, opportunity evaluation and deal execution, including international assignments and products within an industry group. Work closely with senior bankers in day‑to‑day client coverage and make an immediate contribution. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in investment banking or an MBA (or equivalent) with on‑the‑job investment banking experience. Tangible experience building complex financial models and executing deals. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, and client focus. Strategic and creative thinking skills; distinguished written and oral communication skills. Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus. A track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities. Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities. Dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry. Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
