Assistant BOM Position Summary As the Assistant Business Office Manager at Wexford House, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include: Assist with resident trust accounts, billing, and accounts receivable Support admissions paperwork and insurance verification Maintain accurate financial and resident records Assist with other business office functions Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors Work closely with the Business Office Manager and interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain confidentiality of protected information, including verbal, written and electronic communications. BOM Requirements Business Degree or experience in a healthcare facility Must know Tennessee Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care insurances.
