We're partnering with a well-established Quad Cities organization to identify an interim & experienced HR Generalist who can step into a broad, hands-on role supporting employees, leaders, and day-to-day HR operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values employee engagement, and can confidently manage multiple HR functions while serving as a trusted resource across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts, including interview coordination and partnering with hiring managers
- Serve as a resource for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR programs
- Assist with leave administration, including FMLA and related employee communications
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
- Support benefits administration activities, including enrollments and changes
- Help manage workplace injury reporting and related documentation
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
- Provide general HR support to employees and leadership as needed
Work Environment
- Monday-Friday schedule
- On-site role in the Quad Cities area

What We're Looking For
- Previous HR Generalist experience with exposure to multiple HR functions
- Strong understanding of employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and HR administration
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal direction
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, service-oriented approach to supporting employees and leaders
