Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BLS certification required
• Licensed Physical Therapist with recent acute and/or inpatient rehab experience
• Ability to work independently and adapt within a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills; commitment to positive dynamics
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience with Meditech and NetHealth (ReDoc) documentation systems is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized care plans
• Deliver evidence-based follow-up treatments, including vestibular and lymphedema therapies
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with hospital standards
• Contribute to departmental goals and uphold quality patient outcomes
