We are a family owned business that puts integrity, passion and pride into all of our client relationships.We are seeking a dependable and skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to work under the direction of the Facility Manager and assist with the maintenance and upkeep of all PWS locations.We offer:Competitive weekly payPaid time offFree and low-cost health, dental and vision insurance 401k plan with a generous employer matchCompany paid short term and long term disability and life insurance policyResponsibilities:Perform general facility maintenance and repairsAssist with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshootingComplete plumbing repairs and installationsPerform basic electrical work and repairsOperate snow plows and conduct snow removal during winter monthsApply sidewalk salt and ensure safe walking surfacesComplete landscaping and grounds maintenance tasksPerform general carpentry work and building repairsMaintain a safe, clean, and professional work environmentTravel between PWS facilities as needed (Madison and Milwaukee)Qualifications: Active and valid Wisconsin driver's license requiredExperience in facility maintenance, building trades, or related fields preferredKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair workAbility to operate maintenance equipment and tools safelyAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as neededReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyAbout Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc.:Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. provides commercial and residential waste recovery systems, as well as at the customer site confidential document destruction.
