Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services tailored to student needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing your insights with interdisciplinary teams
• Partner closely with teachers, special education professionals, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that helps each child succeed

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington SLP license and Washington ESA certification (or the ability to obtain one)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, though not required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
