Job Description

As the Superintendent - Commercial Construction , you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of onsite project delivery.

• Lead daytoday site operations from groundworks through project closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections to maintain programme
• Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and consultants
• Manage logistics, sequencing, and realtime problem solving
• Deliver projects on time and to exacting standards
• Travel between regional project sites as required (typically within a onehour radius)

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Commercial Construction , we are seeking:
